UGREEN 10-Port PoE+ Gigabit Switch (8 PoE+, 2 Uplink)

Nice deal at $41.99 (was $49.99) on a compact unmanaged switch with 8 PoE+ Gigabit ports and 2 uplinks, plus a 60W total power budget for cameras and APs. It has one-button modes for Standard, Port Isolation (VLAN), or Extend mode with PoE up to 820 ft, and PoE Auto Recovery to reboot stuck devices automatically. Plug-and-play metal design makes it easy to add reliable, low-latency connections for security systems or small networks.
